Transportation restrictions - Dangerous goods

We are really pleased to offer you a great range of fashion with a wide selection of cosmetics. However, a few of our cosmetics contain flammable substances and therefore have delivery restrictions. Eg. nail polish, certain perfumes and nail polish removers as well as pressurised spray cans.

At the same time, all our beauty items are tested to ensure that they are safe to use. It’s only if you wish to return or exchange items containing flammable substances that you need to be aware that there are special transportation requirements.

Please note: For perfumes and candles, we are unable to accept returns due to safety and logistical considerations. 
However, if there is an issue with your order (such as damage or a defect), we would be glad to offer assistance. Please contact our Customer Service team, and they will be happy to help you.

Here is how you return dangerous goods:

1. For mail-in returns, please use a secure box and include a fragile sticker on the outside.
2. You can also return the item at our store.
