FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT DELIVERIES
We offer free standard delivery with no minimum purchase. After confirming your order, we will deliver your purchase within 1-3 working days (Bangkok) and 2-5 working days (outside Bangkok). We deliver Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays.
You can also use our Click & Collect service by selecting Pick-up in store in the checkout. You will receive confirmation by text message and email. Your parcel will arrive to the selected store within 1-3 working days, Monday-Saturday, except public holidays. You have 30 days to collect your parcel from the date it arrives to the COS store, please bring your order details (printed copy or the email received from us showing the order number), as well as a copy of you ID or your original ID, as we are not able to hand over your parcel without it.
If you are not picking up the parcel yourself but delegate the pick-up to another person, please ensure this person carries the order details as well as his / her ID (copy or original), and please ensure that you are available on the phone at the time of pick-up, as we will require to check on the phone with you that this person can pick-up your parcel.
Pick-up in store is available in all stores in Thailand.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link. Please note,that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded. You can also track it under ‘Orders’ when you log in to My Account.
Items ordered in Thailand can only be delivered to persons 18 years or older, with an address in Thailand only.
If your order cannot be delivered it will be returned to COS.
